  CAMLA 2008 Essay Competition Winner announced

Congratulations go to the wiinner of the CAMLA 2008 Essay Competition, Alexandra Farrar, a student at Melbourne University. Alex will receive prizemoney of $2,000 and a 12 month membership of CAMLA. Two other essays, from Victoria Baker a student at the University of Technology, Sydney and Valerie Perumalla, a student at the same university, were Highly Commended.

  CAMLA Cup Trivia Night Results

The winner of the 2008 CAMLA CUP was the team from Mallesons - Palin/Plumber 2012. The team from Baker & McKenzie - Lipstick on a Pig - was placed second, and Gilbert + Tobin's Just the Tonic came third. Congratulations to all three placegetters.

The winners of the CAMLA CUP 2007 are Private Equity and the Chamber of Thieves - the team from Henry Davis York. Equal second place went to Haneefs Holiday Campers - ASTRA, and Lower than Lohan Avatars - Blake Dawson Waldron. In third place was Media Diversity - Holding Redlich. Deb Richards proved once again that she is Sydney's leading Quiz Host.
