Congratulations CAMLA Essay Competition Winners!

Congratulations to the winners of CAMLA’s annual essay writing competition, announced last year at our AGM and End of Year drinks:

First prize: Isabella Tziolis (UNSW) for her essay “Shareholder Activism and Defamation: A New Era in Australian Media Law”

Second prize: Julia Jacobson (University of Sydney) for her essay “In Defence of Trolls: Protecting Social Media Criticisms of Politicians”

Third prize: Rikki Ding (University of Sydney) for his essay “ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF A SPOTLESS WEB: Is It Time for Australia to Embrace a Right to be Forgotten”.
