Defamation on Digital Platforms

While we are eagerly awaiting the recommendations of the Defamation Working Party in relation to “Stage 2” of the defamation law reforms, and with the spectre of the Commonwealth government’s Social Media (Anti-Trolling) Bill still looming large (pending the election result), a panel of some of Australia’s pre-eminent defamation experts will have a robust discussion about the various options for addressing defamation on digital platforms.
