Following the recent trend in the Federal Court of litigants in commercial (particularly employment) cases seeking to keep pleadings away from the public eye, CAMLA is hosting a seminar covering open justice developments impacting the media’s ability to access and report on court documents, featuring Kate Eastman AM SC and Dauid Sibtain SC.

Her Honour Justice Elizabeth Raper will join the panel to share her views on the issues to be balanced when such orders are sought to protect the administration of justice and opposed by the media on open justice grounds.
