Serious Invasions of Privacy seminar – Thurs 10th April, Ashurst
In its inquiry into ‘Serious invasions of privacy in the digital era’, the Australian Law Reform Commission has been asked to consider ways in which the law might be reformed to prevent or redress serious invasions of privacy including the design of a statutory cause of action. The ALRC is about to release its Discussion Paper and is due to release its Final Report in June 2014.
CAMLA is pleased to join with the ALRC in bring you an evening of discussion and debate with the ALRC Commissioner, Professor Barbara McDonald and chaired by Sophie Dawson.
