Defamatory Imputations

On Thursday, we invite you to attend Banki Haddock Fiora for a seminar all about defamatory imputations. Understand the history and importance of defamatory imputations, tactical approaches to pleading and litigating imputations, and the practical consequences of those approaches. Her Honour Judge Judith Gibson and Dr Matt Collins AM KC share their views on these matters, and on the procedural framework for determining disputes about defamatory meanings. The event will be moderated by Dougal Hurley, a Senior Associate at Banki Haddock Fiora.
